Job Description
- To monitor the process standards in line with ISO & Business Excellence Model and drive continuous improvement through secondary research and implementation of actionable items.
- Position Responsibilities :
- Analyze / visualize and Interpret various data which will be critical for key decisions of Product Management team.
- Understand and Suggest process improvement areas and standards towards alignment to the standards of ISO, Business Excellence Models.
- Capture, Collate the market trends through secondary research and analyze, interpret the data and identify the areas / actionable items.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure the process adherence, improvements etc.
QUALIFICATIONS for TAFE Hiring Freshers
- B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
- Engineering graduate with MBA background
- 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant profiles in Tractor / Automobile / Allied sectors.
- Exposure to business / functional processes.
- Skill :
- Analytical skills
- Data visualization and good Presentation skills
- Collaboration
- Strategic orientation
