Job Description
- Ascendon Engineering is excited to announce that we are expanding our specialist Engineering teams in Bangalore. These teams are responsible for delivering new features from scratch for CSG’s cloud based digital BSS Ascendon SaaS Platform. An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Software Development Engineer – I with extensive product development experience to join our growing Engineering team.
- As a Software Development Engineer – I in Ascendon Engineering, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team developing solutions for Ascendon platform.
- You will work collaboratively with other CSG delivery teams in Chicago, Bangalore, and Brisbane. You will leverage industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe and DevOps.
QUALIFICATIONS for CSG Hiring Freshers
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science.
- Have at least 1+ years of technical experience in developing large-scale enterprise products.
- Expert level knowledge in C++/C#/Java, UNIX/LINUX and relational databases like Oracle.
- Experience on Amazon Cloud Services (AWS) and Microservicesarchitecture is a plus.
- Background in building scalable high-performance applications.
- Experience working in a DevOps environment is desirable.
- Skills :
- Experience in Analytics and Big Data Testing – Hadoop/HDFS and Hive.
- Experience in Automation is an added advantage. Experience in testing third party integrations.
- Experience in REST API testing and working knowledge of tools such as Postman to test API calls would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Agile testing and proven track record of test case automation with CI/CD pipelines would be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with cloud platforms would be an added advantage.
