Job Description
- Problem Analysis and solving skills
- Ability of wire gauge, fuse selection based on load details
- Experience of W/H design & development
- XC logic software Knowledge is must
- Awareness of W/H manufacturing processes
- Having experience of Capital harness (Logic) & Integrator
- Good knowledge of vehicle architecture & power distribution
- Good communication skills & team building ability
- Exposure on Product Development
- Position Responsibility :
- Responsible to handle DEFs
- Responsible to create HRN/CMP files
- Responsible to verify 2D prints systems data matches system design intent (DEF)
- Responsible to manage/verify terminal plating
- Participate in change court for DTCR
- Responsible for load analysis (fuse and wiring gauge selection)
- Draft vehicle topology
- Ensure inline connector / terminals meet requirements
- Support system data verification checks
- SPECIAL Requirements and CS-11510 checks.
- Preparation of system change matrix
- Understanding the sales code changes / addition from bulletin
- Checking of the released EBOM database
QUALIFICATIONS for Yazaki Hiring Freshers
- B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical
