Job Description

• Responsibilities
• All interns will be put through a rigorous Sales school (internship program) which will introduce them to various aspects of Software & Solution Selling. This would include mentoring and coaching by Sales Leaders with decades of Global experience in training young aspiring students into professional sales careers
• • Exposure to Domestic and International business
  • Exposure to all steps associated with closing a Sale
  • Exposure to managing & mastering complex sale cycle
  • Understand Sales process, Tools used and Review mechanisms
  • Active involvement in Sales reviews, planning and preparation
  • Participation in customer calls and meetings, as advised by RVP
  • Working with Regional VP to support in Customer engagements
  • Contribute to proposal creation, reviews and pricing discussions
  • Learn how to conduct Sales demos, presentations and solution pitches
  • Hands on experience with Market, Customer and Competitive Research
  • Working with Marketing teams on initiatives for targeted regional sales pursuits

  QUALIFICATIONS for Subex Hiring Freshers

• Engineering with MBA
  Year of Passing: 2020, 2021
•  Compensation: Rs 5,000 per month for 3 months
• Selected interns will be offered full time roles, subject to performance.
  Outgoing, with a flair for salesmanship
• Good written communication
• Logical, with an ability to think on the feet
