Job Description

  • Must have relevant experience of 2-3 years in SW Development in PLM tools or similar Java based ap.
  • To troubleshoot incidents and provide technical analysis in communication with the Support team
  • To handle all maintenance technical tasks independently, to implement and test fixes
  • To read Functional Specifications and develop new features validated by the Application Owner
  • To perform Unit testing
  • To report to a Delivery Manager based in India
  • To coordinate with Application Owner in France and report progress on all tasks
  • To understand and design technical architecture (Senior)
  • To be a technical lead (Senior)

    QUALIFICATIONS for Schneider Electric Hiring Freshers

  • BE/B.Tech Engineer degree, specializing in Software and computing or equivalent
  • Minimum 4+ years of .Java/Full Stack Windchill development experience in an Agile Team.
  • Skills:
  • Java J2EE technologies
  • SW development especially in PLM tools
  • Experience working on PTC Windchill Technology
  • Webservices
  • PTC ThingWorx Navigate
  • CAD Development (Creo/Solidworks/Nx)
  • Create and maintain host based and/or web-based applications
  • Ability to delivery being part of an agile scrum team.
  • Database Architecture

Job Description

  • To Design, implement and test a wide range of I/O (HART, Modbus, FF, Profibus etc), basic control functions, interlocks, sequences, operator interface and other control components on DCS and PLC.
  • Project control functions to be documented according to formats specified in standard templates (FDS) or by the Project Lead.
  • Prepares simulations, test scenarios, test documentation, and participates in customer Factory Acceptance Tests.
  • Willing to travel for site commissioning activities depending upon the project requirements.
  • Shall be able to lead small projects or a clearly defined subset (e.g., graphics or interlocks) of a large project.
  • Compiles and maintains project databases, configuration data, or other project information.
  • Compiles data and prepares reports for various activities such as customer proposals, FEED studies, project design documents, FAT and SAT procedures etc.
  • Actively participates in project meetings, site visits and/or startups.
  • Has a firm and increasing understanding of process control concepts and techniques.
  • Shall aware of industry standards and practices (e.g., ISA standards) that apply to control system design.
  • Shall be able to troubleshoot the control and communication problems between different systems during FAT and at site.
  • Shall be capable to identify technical opportunities and economic justification for control system improvements and communicates those to the Project Manager and/or Sales.

    QUALIFICATIONS for Schneider Electric Hiring Freshers

  • Must be a Graduate in Engineering Disciplines E&I, C&I and Instrumentation with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Attitude to Works effectively as individual & in team environment and shall be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
