Job Description
- To carry out the production activities in the shift as per batch sheet
- To implement maintenance procedures and standards
- To adhere to SHE standards and implement the safety systems in the plant
- To implement the quality standards in the plant and maintain the in-process quality
- To be directly responsible for maintaining productivity and yield during a single shift
QUALIFICATIONS for Henkel Off Campus Hiring Freshers
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production from Chemical industry.
- Candidate with Diploma in Chemical engineering.
- Willing to working all the 3 shifts, looking for candidate with experience in batch experience, Should know basic safety norms.
- Basic knowledge of ISO system, Unit operations and mass balance
- Good communication skills
