Job Description

• Membrane Plan DCS Operation – To Execute, control and co-ordinate & monitor Smooth & safe run of plant on daily basis to meet production, consumption & quality norms on daily basis, direct operations of CA- Plant to achieve targeted production within budgeted cost, meeting product specifications, safety and statutory requirements in alignment with P &B
• Product Quality – Execute, supervise, monitor & control of operational parameter for smooth and safe operation.
• Plant Performance – Execution and coordinate activities as per SOPs and maintain relevant record For smooth & safe operations
• MIS System – Collect & submit production entry, consumption on daily basis for MIS to appraise management to take informed decision.
• System Management – Supervise & Follow-up of action plans For Integrated Management Systems and World Class Manufacturing in the department.
• Continual improvement in Plant – Direct, Follow-up & stimulate approved schemes with and for QCDIP & smooth operation of business on sustainable basis.
• Manage Manpower– Co-ordinate and control the available manpower for smooth & safe operations of the plant
• Safety Health & Environment – Direct, Follow-up & stimulate Safety practices and work plans through DuPont Sustainability Solutions, Environment & Health in the department complying the statutory requirements through continual improvements.
• People Development – Execute and follow up of all HR processes as applicable in process department to achieve desired capacity and capability of the function.
  

  QUALIFICATIONS for Aditya Birla Group Hiring

• Bachelor Of Engineering ,Bachelor of Technical Edu.
• Minimum Experience Level: 2-5 Years
